To ATX With Love
I'm back, y'all! You may be wondering where in the world I went, and why I haven't begun an onslaught of hair photos, beckoning a plea to book with me soon. I will get to that in due time, but I had an unexpected opportunity that is giving my budding hair career a real boost. To be announced soon... In the meantime, I got to take a trip to Austin, in my brand new car, Juno. One of my coworkers celebrated her birthday, and it was a chance to get away for a couple of days. I hadn't been to the Hill Country in a couple of years, so I was looking forward to a chance in scenery. For one, Austin has a totally different feel than Houston (obviously), but the Texas pride is so real. We stayed south of Austin, away from much of the hustle and bustle of UT central, but not away from some construction. I promise, the mark of every major city is some road being worked on! This was my first time driving around Austin, and the hills and winding roads threw me for a loop.
